Quality policy of SMT Scharf GmbH

Our customers are our top priority. We listen carefully to our customers and are thus able to translate their needs and expectations into customized solutions that meet their requirements (budget, delivery times, timeframe and services/products). The goal of lasting customer satisfaction can only be achieved if we offer products and services that fully meet the needs of our customers.

It is our goal to manufacture products that permanently meet the requirements and expectations of our customers. To this end, we use processes and manufacturing equipment that are in line with the state of the art in science and technology. All production and testing phases are carefully planned and are subject to compliance with all required standards, regulations and national and international legal requirements.

Through permanent and continuous improvement processes, measures to increase the quality of our products and services are identified and their implementation is given top priority. All organizational, commercial and technical processes are constantly reviewed with the aim of avoiding errors and increasing efficiency. In order to continue to meet the growing needs of the market and to set ourselves apart from our competitors, we must constantly develop and offer new, sophisticated products and services. We have set ourselves measurable quality targets to ensure this continuous improvement process.

Our employees are our greatest strength. Their competencies are constantly supported and trained within the framework of our system. One of our most important tasks is to further develop the know-how of our employees.

We aim to support this through continuous improvement of the working environment and regular training. It is the task of the management to realize the quality goals. Through personal example, open communication and the involvement of employees in decision-making processes, the personal responsibility and quality awareness of employees are to be promoted.

The management ensures that the quality management system can achieve its intended results. Unwanted effects are prevented as far as possible or at least reduced to a minimum. Errors in the system are systematically investigated with the aim of achieving continuous improvement of the management system.

Top management ensures that all legal and other requirements to which the company has committed itself are met.

The management undertakes to plan measures to deal with opportunities and risks in a targeted manner. It initiates the activities required to integrate them into the management system and ensures that they are implemented. Planning includes the way in which the effectiveness of these measures is evaluated.
